Side Dishes
Choose one of the following combinations of side dishes:
- Carrots and string beans w/steamed potatoes.
- Ratatouille and roasted potatoes. Ratatouille includes Zucchini, summer squash, eggplant, tomato and sweet onions. The vegetables are chopped, seasoned, and baked.
The main dish and sides come in individually vacuum-sealed plastic pouches (see pictures below). This method, called sous-vide and used by high-end restaurants, seals in all the flavors and juices.
Cooking Instructions
Either place in boiling water on the stove top for 10 minutes, or poke a couple of holes in the pouch, place on a microwaveable dish, and cook on high for 3 and a half to 4 minutes.
