You can pick up, say, a single serving of fish or a meal for one and throw it in the refrigerator. Suddenly lunch at your desk just got a whole lot better.
If you had to work late, you can come home to crab cakes or ravioli. You can enjoy some warm clam chowder without getting a single pot dirty.
