You’ll never find added color, pesticides, growth hormones, or preservatives in any of our products. Compare that with the fact that more than 90% of supermarket shrimp has a preservative.

We take great pains to sort through the industry and find the suppliers that demand the same quality as we do.

Most of our seafood comes off the dock and is sent to our shop overnight, and we receive new product daily. We can literally call for fresh Alaskan Salmon on Monday and be filleting it on Tuesday.
